the location was really convenient! it was super close to the mall. the staff were also amazing and always ready to help. the rooms were clean, a definite plus!!!
the smell in the room wasn't great. it was kinda off-putting. the windows didn't close properly so it was noisy. some of the bathroom towels felt old!!!

I chose this place due to proximity to the shopping center. It also offers good facilities. I thank Hamada for the assistance he gave me .
There was rust in the bathroom. I also saw some hairs from previous guests. Each time someone showered the bathroom flooded a bit.

i found the team helpful. akhilesh and jeevan managed my requests . the facilities included desirable features, with tidy rooms and palatable dining options. i was especially charmed by the attentiveness i received .
the checkout involved overbilling and a sluggish account reconciliation process. i was repeatedly prompted to settle charges , despite an initial deposit. the experience felt less than ideal , as i rushed to catch a flight.

The staff were kind. arjun and raja provided helpful city recommendations and train system guidance. i felt cared for during breakfast. Staff noticed when i was unwell and brought me water (this was really appreciated).
the room seemed somewhat worn. i noticed several poorly repaired items, particularly in the bathroom. the room needs some improvements.

i found the complimentary breakfast to be quite good. it had many options. i also liked the fitness center. it featured several treadmills and weights. the room cleaning was daily and consistent. they always restocked the toiletries.

The hotel is near attractions such as the Mall of the Emirates. Staff members were always helpful and courteous . My room had modern decor, which i really liked.
The gym requires crossing to another building, something i found less convenient.

The staff always responded promptly to requests. Anouar, Arina, and Clare especially, delivered excellent service. They looked after me very well (i think everyone deserves to be looked after!).
